About Marla Cohen

           I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Realtor, trained as a Seller Residential Specialist (SRS) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).   I also hold a certification with At Home with Diversity (AHWD), to better serve the community. Extensive relocation experience. As a dedicated Realtor, I successfully sell homes for top dollar and help buyers purchase homes as close to their dreams as possible.  The real estate process should be informative and stress free.  I work hard to make sure you are well informed and happy with the outcome.  I am always available to my clients, 7 days a week.  I provide detailed information on neighborhoods, school districts, townships, and  travel points. I stay up to date through courses on negotiating, technology and marketing, to better serve my clients.

  I will help you buy and sell homes in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, as well as Philadelphia and other close areas. I live in Eastern Montgomery County with my husband, two children and our cockapoo. I have enjoyed selling real estate in this area for almost 20 years.  Along with selling real estate, I am dedicated to ensuring a fulfilling life for my autistic son.  I advocate for families and am an avid supporter of Autism Speaks.
